I was sad to see Oscar is up for adoption.  Sad
He is Chubbs's sire. Talk about happy happy rock solid hunk of muscle!  I got to meet all of these dogs last June when I went down to pick up Chubbs.

Just thought I'd put this up in case someone in the midwest was considering an addition but not looking forward to the rigors of raising a puppy.

I guess even the most devoted,  "just for the love and betterment of the breed" breeder has to keep changing out their adults to sell their puppies quicker and at a higher price.

here's another page with a little more info on Oscar. Somewhere in there you can find his pedigree page too. Russian all the way back with champions.

Oscar is adorable!  Chubbs is too.
I don't understand this in breeders, I admit, but it certainly wouldn't keep me from giving a home to one of those beautiful babies.  (All Bullies are babies to me, no matter what age they are.)

^^^^^^I know Breaks your heart....My breader is really concerned with show dogs, Some are her pets and thats it for life...but others are buisness...I wouldn't be able to seperate the two.....I could see my self with 20 bullies all fighting for the prime spot in bed with me Grin Grin Grin

Why would this breeder sell his adult dogs still in tact?!  He's selling them as breeding stock and there's a good chance they could end up in puppymills.  He should be neutering those dogs and selling them as pets IMO.

I agree 100%!! This does not sound very responsible to me.

Well, I must say that I was upset about this too, but I didn't say anything because I thought perhaps I was being overly sensitive.

I concur, Ladies!
