I got this from one of the vets I work with and wanted to post it for y'all:

Ibuprofen Dose and Associated Signs or Outcomes in Dogs:

Dose                                                            Associated Signs or Outcomes
25-125mg/kg                                               Vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, anorexia
>175mg/kg                                                  All of the above plus hematemesis, melenna, polyuria or polydipsia, oliguria, uremia,
                                                                     acute renal failure
>400mg/kg                                                  All of the above plus seizures, ataxia, coma, shock
>600mg/kg                                                  Death

Drugs Used to Protect the Gastrointestinal Tract in Ibuprofen Toxicosis:

Acid Reducers
 Famotidine
 Cimetidine
 Ranitidine hydrochloride
 Omeprazole

Sucralfate
Misoprostol
Antiemetics
 Metoclopramide hydrochloride
 Chlorpromazine hydrochloride

Do not use Pepto-Bismol or Kaopectate (contain bismuth salicylate). Can use antacids containing aluminum and magnesium hydroxide.

Hematemesis: Vomiting of blood.
Melena: Stools or vomit stained black by blood pigment or dark blood products.
Polyuria: The excessive passage of urine resulting in profuse urination and urinary frequency.
Polydipsia: Excessive or abnormal thirst.
Oliguria: Less urination than normal.
Uremia: The presence of excessive amounts of urea in the blood, which may be a sign of kidney disease or failure.
Ataxia: The shaky and unsteady movements that result from the brain's failure to regulate the body's posture and the strength and
           direction of movements.  Inability to coordinate voluntary muscle movements; unsteady movements and staggering gait.
