If you have a photo uploaded online, click on your profile, then forum profile information (it's on the left of your profile).

Click "I have my own pic" and place the URL of the photo you would like to use!  Voila! Grin Grin Grin

If it's not uploaded to a photo sharing website, you can upload it in a thread to James, and he will do it for you.
