New "In memory of..." board added to forum.

I've just added a new board to the forum in the Bulldogs section.  The new board is called "In Memory of..." and is intended as a place for Bulldoggers to post tributes and memorials to their Bulldogs who have crossed over the Rainbow Bridge.

Everyone has access to read and start topics in this board, except Guests who can not start topics in this board.  However, only the member who started a thread can reply to topics or add additional posts to a thread.  This is meant to give the member their own special area to share their tributes with the group.
