Getting into a Forum topic from Home page

For some reason I seem to have a (recent) problem getting into a Forum topic from the Home page.  It takes forever.  I can click on Forum (left side of page) and take those steps to get into the topic without a long wait.

Hmmm....I am not sure I understand.  Do you mean that if you click a forum topic from the main site home page (bulldogdomain.com/index.php) where is shows a few recent posts, that the wait is long versus first coming to the forum?

Exactly.  Of course this site is in my favorites and it automatically goes to the Home page, when I click on one of the 5 topics on that page, I pretty much get nowhere.  Maybe I need to completely Log Out and resign in.
