size of a Bulldog

Just wondering How tall are your bullie babies at the shoulders and thier age.

I guess I should ask this question different . Fred is 5 1/2 months old and 15 inches tall at the shoulders and 15 inches long good weight. I was thinking that he is small .So I am curious about everyones bullies size

I LOVE my Frederick just as he is, just wondering is he small ?

Is he going back for a refund if he falls into the smaller slot of bullies on this board?   I didn't think so. 

If you were to browse the myriad threads about bulldog size and weight on here I think the common denominator is the actual size depends on the genes. That and the individual breeder's view and pursuit of the perfect bulldog.   (using the breeder term loosely)
If you're really interested or concerned about Sir Frederick's size, I'd think you'd want to line up against the industry standard.  Go to the AKC website  for what they specify as the bulldog standard.

Mine are still getting their snooze on right now but if I happen to remember, I'll get a tape measure out and get some numbers for you today.   Hey!  It's a brand new year and our kidz shouldn't get off the hook.  Let's throw in some gut checks too.   Get the twinkie factor into the equation.

I just measured Dozer. He is 15 inches tall too. But he is taller at the back because he stands on his tippy toes.  I always thought he was on the shortish side too, but I guess he is in good company with Frederick He has a 25 inch waist. His front arms are nearly twice the thickness of his bag legs, so he is built like a he-man
Dozie will be 2 on the 2nd March.

Sir Winston is:

17" high
34" chest
24" waist
23" neck
29" from head to stump of a tail
 7" across the head

Bella's AKC official height measurement is 12 3/4 at the shoulders.  She is almost 5yrs and she weighs 39 lbs.

My best guess is Bluto is about 16 inches at the shoulders. (He hates the tape measure  ) and he weighs about 70 lbs.

I decided to measure mojo and your right he's not to crazy about the tape measure. I measure him from he middle of his head to tail and it was a tad over 20 inches and from shoulder to floor was a tad over 17 and he just turned 6 months on dec 30th weight wise it's been awhile since we've taken him to the vet but he'll be going soon for his rabies shot and we'll find out I would estimate between 30 and 40 pds.

Ok, we had the whole family help to try and get a more accurate measurement and we used a cloth measuring tape instead of my steel tape measure, lol.  We got 22 from head to tail and 15 from shoulder down.  Hope that helps, and thanks for the post think I'll go order him a new sweater now that we have his latest measurements.

So apparently Ozzy is the short fat guy of the group... he is 14" at the shoulders, 15.5" at the butt  and 15"from shoulders to tail. He is 6 months and weighs 40lbs He doesn't look fat, I man he still has a pinched waist and I can feel his ribs pretty easily. Just short and stocky

We actually just got back from a visit up north and we visited Ozzy's bulldog dad and he was only about an inch or two taller than Ozzy so I don't think Ozzy is going to get much taller. I'll post pics of them later together
