Heat spot on/in between toes =(

how can I help treat this? I called the vet and she said I can give him his left over anti biotics I had to give him last time he had a strange spot (that she never actually knew what that spot was  )  But it did make it go away..

How do you treat hot spots?

Are you sure it's a hot spot and not interdigital cyst?

I have had really good success with Listerine (plain brown kind.)  I get a new bottle and add a cap full of Avon Skin So Soft to it.  I works great nearly all the time.  I also put in on a q tip and clean wrinkles with it, and I don't have any stink heads!!!  I have a rescue that has some of the most stubborn hot spots I've ever run into.  The is helping, but not as quickly as it does on the other babies.  I am looking for some help so I can get this one fixed up and into a new home.  Can anyone tell me if they think this will help-    purest colloids
