Winter walks

Question: We live in the Minneapolis/ St Paul area - and winter is on the way (probably next week...)  I know that bullies don't do well in hot weather, and I figure that short coat isn't much good in cold weather.  Does anyone care to share their experiences with winter - especially temps around zero or below?  Our short-haired boxer/bulldog mix does ok on short walks, but I'm not sure how Oliver will fare.

Can't help you there - we're in Florida!  But I know there are some northern folks here on the domain!

we live in London Ontario - snow belt.  BOTH the monsters love the snow and have no issues with it whatsoever.  We go to the dog park and I get cold wayyy before they do.  We go next door to the church when the snow is a couple feet deep and they absolutely love to run thru it - then they run up and down the snow hills.  Actually to be honest theres a kid park with kiddie slides.  the dogs run up the stairs and go down the slides.  too cool.  gotta get pics this year
