A clients dog was hospitalized around the same time as Midge. He was treated with surgery and seems to have had a stroke while in recovery. He's still at the hospital. Owner doesn't know if she can handle the limited mobility. She may give up on him. We (I) volunteered to give him a chance . He doesnt have much use of his right side. Granted He's a bit older(9)) and a bit heavy (29 lbs) and A PUG!

What the heck? I HAD to volunteer.  He eats, tries to stand and walk and loves attention. The staff loves him!( even the ones who aren't slobber fans) So far there is no sign of impending doom(major illness). He just may never walk normally or without assistance.

We will see how it goes. Ya know..love like you have never had a broken heart.

things just seem to work out the way they are supposed to imo. i love ur love statement, i am and have always been a believer that ...with love we can change the world and i never stop trying! congrats and i hope it all works out well.

Mr Pug andI said a quick Goodbye today. I was informed when I go t to work that he would be leaving.  His new owner owner arrived to pick him up shortly there after. I don't know how she got involved She  is a Holistic /Alt Veterinarian in mid town.  That is the best thing for his care as she will be able to take him to work each day and he will have access to services our hospital doesn't .  I'm happy for him.

I was a bit sad at first.  I'm so happy for him though and I believe that "when a door closes a window opens".

The 6 chicks moved into their beautiful new coop today and the 2 kittens are finally eating soft food. I am pretty sure that someone will find their way to us soon.
