It is with a heavy heart that we share saddening news about SoCal .. please keep Val and her beloved babies who perished in your thoughts and prayers... for those of you who were FB friends with her, Fifi LeWink (Miss Val's baby) is one of those that was lost.

Here is what SoCal Bulldog Rescue posted:

ATTENTION - It's with very heavy heart I share that there has been a fire at Val's our foster home house. Several fosters and her own dogs passed away in the fire. We are all in shock and nub over this tragic event. Marti with Val right now, trying to clam Val down and give her some support. Among the lost dogs, Harmont, Bandit and Pokie, Fifi too..

Marti has asked anyone sending anything to Vals, not to send it now. The house is not habitable now. If you are sending any packages, please email me for the new addreess ( Skip = Gvande6576@aol.com).

For those that know Val personality, just by emails or as a foster home - You know she needs your prayers and support now.

We will see what needs to help her at this time and follow up with everyone.

It is so hard to lose one of our own due to age, health, etc.  But something like this is so devastating.  Our thoughts and prayers are with her and her family at this time.  Cry Cry Cry

Any updates on how they're all doing?

I understand the fire started in a faulty power strip or something like that.
