So, here I am not able to sleep and I thought I would drop in to say hi to all my old friends. Sorry I have been away so long but it seems life happens.
Bluto is now an official Georgian Bulldog. LOL We relocated to Georgia about 2 months ago and are very happy here. Loving the weather! We brought both dogs, the cats and about 30 chickens with us, not counting the babies. It sure was an adventure but everyone made the trip.
Bluto is doing well. We seemed to have gotten his liver and seizures under control and he was been stable now for about 1 1/2 years. He has an enclosed deck with a fenced area here that he prefers not to be outside. He never got over hating to be outside! LOL But I keep trying. Bear loves the fenced acre I can let them run in and Bluto will walk down to it sometimes but then hightails it back to the house. He is such a goofball!
His behavior is on again and off again. He goes through periods where he is fine and then other times he is a nutcase. You just never know what the day will bring with him be we all have learned to adapt to his moods and adjust accordingly. LOL I have come to find he loves the cats unless bear is with him to tell him they are things to chase but by himself they eat and lay on the deck together.
I hope everyone is doing well and had a nice Thanksgiving Holiday!

I must be getting tired. How could I forget to add recent pics of Bluto? He will watch take care of the chickens and just waits for me to turn on the water hose. He hates the hose!

Letting me know he had enough of the outside!

Hi! Glad to hear that Bluto is well. You moved with chickens? Very cool. We have 10 chickens bad just hatched naturally our first three about 4 weeks ago. Dulce does very well with them and occasionally herds the chickens back to me.

That is awesome that Dulce does so well with the chickens! Bullies are not known to be the herding type! LOL I have not let Bluto with the chickens at all. I just don't think that would go well with him.
It seems I am always having chicks hatch. I have silkies and they only exist to brood and be a mom! LOL I have now 4 back to being broody again!

Here is where the chickens live

This is little Lucy LuLu ... LOL She is my most spoiled silkie girl! She will peck at my boots until I pick her up to hold her and she is an excellent mom!
