On the site, there's a link on the top to sign up (it says enroll online)  It's pretty self-explanatory after that. I agree, the site is somewhat confusing, but once you get the hang of it you'll be OK!!!  rIf you have any more questions let me know (I just did it yesterday - LOL!) 

The BMI calculator is under the health assessment link.

Top right is where you will see ENROLL ONLINE and SHOPPING CART  The BMI is underneath Health Assessment which is on the left side   The site is a little bit confusing - sorry about that - I have no control over it though.....once you start searching around on it you'll be ok

You go to the Enroll Online and sign up as a preferred customer, it is all self-explanatory from there and will take you about 5 minutes to do  PM me if you get stuck

Heather, you are so sweet for thinking of us.  He is doing pretty well.  His eye is still bothering him a bit.  Sometimes I notice he keeps it a little more closed than his other.  I'll give it another couple of days and if it doesn't stop bothering him we are off to the vet.  I'll keep you posted.

ps.  I will post pics as soon as we buy a new cord for our scanner.  My husband was all ready to scan our pics when he announced our cord was missing.  I feel terrible I never gave a formal introduction   It's coming....I promise

He might still be getting over the surgery - I don't know.  But I agree with you that if he doesn't seem to be adjusting soon to take him back in
