Just checking in to see if there was any news on how the surgery went... hope all is well and that Gummi is on the mend and feeling better soon.

Gummi is home safe and snoring up a storm.

9 stitches total.  Runs from his lip to his cheek.  Doggy scarface!

Will have results from the biopsy in a week.

Also had them do dental work on him while he was out...so I am jokingly referring to today as Gummi's plastic surgery day.

He got his face and teeth done  Grin

Biopsy results are back. Official report says benign but included some odd cells "mild superficial dermal fibrosis." Lots of inflammation and hysteosites but prognosis good.

Looks like we got it all and no signs it spread to lymphnodes or salivary glands. Yay for Gummi!
